From dominating the courts and fields in basketball, soccer, cross country, and track & field, to earning a degree in Exercise Science at the University of Minnesota, Alyssa has always been driven by a love for movement and pushing limits.
Her passion for endurance sports ignited a journey that led her from marathons to triathlons, where she achieved the ultimate milestone of becoming an Ironman. Along the way, she found more than just a connection to fitness—she discovered a lifestyle that fuels her body, mind, and spirit.

With her background in cardiac rehab and her knack for crafting personalized training plans, Alyssa is passionate about helping athletes of all levels crush their goals while staying injury-free and thriving long-term.
